[.startgame] starts signup for a game, one it has 10 players it will randomise the teams and tell the gn, then you can play;
The default game mode is -mr, if you want to change it, do .startgame mode [mode], like this

[.exclude] [username] if a player drops or leaves a game, must be typed in at least by 4 players BEFORE the game is closed. The excluded player gets a rating and confidence penalty, if he is on the losing team they lose less experience, on the winning - they gain a bit more. Take note, a very useful command.
[.truant] [username] a more strict analogue of exclude, higher penalties, and automatically cancels the current game. Should be used if a player leaves a game in its beginning(so there is no sense to continue), or refuses to start, or commits a violation of rules that leads to ruining whole game - use common sense when to apply it, needs to be typed in by 6 players from the same game.
[.challenge] [player] to start a captains' game, players .sign in, then captains must use [.pick] [player] to select their team from signed players. [.listpool] to see, who has signed, [.listteams] to show the current teams
[.abort] to stop signup for a game instantly, also works once the game is full, but start isn't confirmed; available to host only;[.reject] is the appropriate command for challenge mode, available to captains
[.aclass] displays the players with >70% wins and in upper tier of the ladder
[.class] [player] displays the player class, there are 5 classes atm(A-D), depending on win percentage and ladder position
[.lastgame] <player> to see the name of the last game of a player/self. Also shows the date of player's last activity in channel
[.gamedetail] [game] to see the details on specified game(alias .info)
[.games] to see the games currently in progress; and how long ago they started(in minutes).
[.compare] [username]
[.compare] [username1] [username2] to compare statistics of selected players, simple enough
[.verifystate] use if for some odd reason you can't sign into games.

[.promote] [player] Promotes a user by one rank in the hierarchy. If a player already has a rank higher that an ordinary [user], only the person who promoted him first time can promote him further.
[.demote] [player] Demotes a user in the hierarchy. Note that if his current patron does not have enough slots for the position one rank lower, the user will get demoted further. The players currently promoted by the specified user will be demoted too. Vouchees do not get removed automatically though. Note that only the current patron/user of a higher rank than the current patron can demote a player.
[.managers] [player] U can check who u promote to Manager.
[.vouchers] [player] U can check who u promote to Censor.
[.censors] [player] U can check who u promote to Censor.
[.leaders] [player] U can check who u promote to leader.
[.report] [game] [winner] forces to close a specified game, wont fire if the game is already closed. Winner = sentinel/scourge
[.submit] [game] [team] forces result submission if the game is either active or result is draw
[.closegame] [game] forces to close a specified active game without any result(as draw).
[.voidgame] [game] forces to cancel any result of the specified game, closing it as draw. Restores experience precisely
[.modexclude] [game] [player] excludes a player from the specified game, make sure the game result is voided before applying to a submitted game, otherwise the player's rating will get adjusted incorrectly

[.verify] [player] Checks if player's record matches reality(checks by parsing actual list of games)
[.setaccount] [name] [experience] [wins] [losses] sets player's ladder record to specified numbers
[.removetruant] [name] Removes penalties for the last truant of selected player. Restores both rating and confidence
